Our Story

Welcome to Prokurio!

I’ve been working in the IP industry for more than thirty years.
I’ve seen progress and advances in several areas, but I continue to see frustration with the financial side of IP.
Developing and managing budgets is time-consuming, and it can be nearly impossible to understand whether costs are reasonable or competitive.
So, we’ve brought together a team of IP, technical and operational experts to build a platform to make it dramatically easier for you to understand and control IP costs.
I also know that the last thing you need (or want) is another tool to learn and implement. Onboarding will only take 15 minutes of your time, our software doesn’t require training, and our service team can do all the work if you are tight on resources.
We are neutral and don’t offer IP administrative or legal services or IP management software. This enables us to be your advocate and dig deeply into any vendor’s cost data on your behalf.

Simplicity

We hate complexity and are doing everything possible to simplify your experience. 
  • Onboarding is easy and normally requires only a few minutes of your time.
  • We do as much of the leg work and homework as possible to enable you to focus on more important responsibilities.
  • Our platform is easy to use and requires little to no training.

Transparency

The IP industry’s reputation for transparency isn’t that great, but we’re doing our part to change this.
  • Our prices are clear and easy to understand (and are posted on our website).
  • You don’t pay for our Annuity Watch Plus services until you’ve realized savings – we don’t win unless you win.
  • We’re more than happy to share the details behind any of our calculations, including exchange rates, agent fees, and any assumptions that are part of our platform.

Accountability

Nobody is perfect; we are a young company and will make mistakes.
  • We always welcome feedback (positive and negative) and learn from it.
  • Everyone on our team is empowered to solve your problem. You will receive daily updates until your issue is resolved.
  • If something doesn’t work the way you expected or a service doesn’t live up to your expectations, you won’t have to pay for it.
