Our Story

Welcome to Prokurio!

We’ve each been in the IP industry for more than 20 years (and some more than 30, but we aren’t naming any names).
We’ve seen advances in nearly every area of IP technology. However, developing forecasts and managing budgets is still expensive and time-consuming, and it can be almost impossible to understand whether costs are reasonable or competitive.
So, we’ve assembled a team of IP, technical and operational experts to build a platform to make it dramatically easier for you to forecast and control IP costs.
We are neutral and don’t offer IP administrative or legal services or IP management software. This enables us to be your advocate and dig deeply into any vendor’s cost data on your behalf.

We’re taking the mystery out of IP Costs.

We're Driven By Three Guiding Principles:

Simplicity

We hate complexity and are doing everything possible to simplify your experience. 
  • Onboarding is easy and usually requires only a few minutes of your time.
  • We do as much leg work and homework as possible to enable you to focus on more important responsibilities.
  • Our platform is easy to use and requires little to no training.

Transparency

The IP industry’s reputation for transparency isn’t that great, but we’re doing our part to change this.
  • Our prices are straightforward, easy to understand (and posted on our website).
  • We don’t accept (or pay) commissions from/to third parties; we don’t provide any IP services – we are 100% unbiased and neutral. 
  • We’re more than happy to share the details behind our calculations, including exchange rates, agent fees, and any assumptions that are part of our platform.

Accountability

Nobody is perfect; we are a young company and will make mistakes.
  • We always welcome feedback (positive and negative) and learn from it.
  • Everyone on our team is empowered to solve your problem. You will receive daily updates until your issue is resolved.
  • If something doesn’t work how you expected or a service doesn’t meet your expectations, you won’t have to pay for it. No questions asked.
