We’ve been publishing individual fee updates as we’ve collected them, but going forward, we’ll publish a consolidated fee update list on Saturdays, which should simplify things for everyone.
PCT UPDATES
This week’s PCT Guide update was light on fee changes but did have one EPO Fee update, which will take effect on August 1st.
The Search Fee in Annex D (International Search Authority), when paid in ZAR is increasing from 34,300 ZAR to 36,760 ZAR. That’s a lot of ZAR.
UNITED KINGDOM
Starting July 12th, the fee for designating the United Kingdom in an international application will be 202 Swiss francs for one class of goods or services and 56 Swiss francs for each additional class.
Renewals will be 224 Swiss francs for one class of goods or services and 56 Swiss francs for each additional class.
ICELAND
Starting August 19th, the fee for designating Iceland in an international application or renewing an international registration will be 247 Swiss francs for one class of goods or services and 53 Swiss francs for each additional class.
