We’ve made it much easier to designate a trademark application as use-based or ITU-based. Select the appropriate filing basis from the dropdown, and the system will do the rest!
IP Forecaster: Support for Madrid Optional Fees
Firms can now set up optional fees that can be included or excluded in Madrid trademark forecasts. If you are familiar with optional fees in patents or trademarks, you will know how to use it within the Madrid forecaster.
Client Planner: Performance Enhancements
One of our biggest forecasting gaps has been with designs, so we’re taking care of that this month. We’re starting with national design forecasting, and later this summer, you’ll be able to do Hague international design forecasts.
