Our initial approach to service charges for trademark cost forecasting was one fee per task. In this update, we now support base service charges along with additional fees when multiple class/goods costs are required.
IP Forecaster: Optimized Trademark Translation Costs
When Trademark cost forecasting, you only want to see fields when they’re necessary. Now, translation fields are smarter and only show when a jurisdiction is selected that requires translation.
IP Forecaster: Support for Attorney Specific Service Charges
We’ve extended our support for attorney-specific fees to include service charges. Now, you can select a responsible attorney, and their preferred foreign service charges will be included in your forecast.
