Client Planner: Multiple Portfolio Management

In Client Planner, you can now upload and store multiple individual portfolios.  This allows you to keep different client plans separate or keep various portfolios for different businesses for easy budget planning and monitoring.

IP Forecaster: Publication Lookup Enhancements

The patent publication lookup in IP Forecaster now stores a copy of the publication locally in the system upon retrieval.  Additionally, the system is using multiple sources to double-check claim counts and priority date information for any discrepancies.

IP Forecaster: Patent Complexity Based Fee Support

For our law firm customers with patent fee structures based on the complexity of the application, we’ve added a new complexity field in Fee Maintenance, allowing the setup of Low, Medium and High complexity fees.  In IP Forecaster, the complexity field is visible for a user to select a single option to have those fees applied to their forecast.

IP Forecaster: Trademark Service Charge Enhancement

We enhanced the Trademark service charges to allow for the addition of Madrid Protocol service charges.  These fees will then be applied to each designated country in a Madrid forecast.

IP Forecaster: New National Trademark Forecaster

We’ve re-designed the Trademark National forecasting screen to make it easier to navigate and more intuitive overall.  You can create new country groups on the fly, import a spreadsheet with countries and class info and toggle the various fee types (firm, foreign & PTO) on or off as needed, all on a single screen.

IP Forecaster: New Result Multi-Views

In IP Forecaster, we’ve upgraded the results output to allow for customizable views.  These include Hybrid, Summary, Detail (coming soon) and Timeline options.  Both Summary and Timeline also allow you to toggle the cost breakdowns by phase and export your results for sharing with clients.

IP Forecaster: EP Validations All Member States

We’re kicking off the new year with an update to EP Validation forecasts. Now, under the dropdown to select your validation countries, you have a new option to add all member states with a single click.  Removing individual states is as simple as clicking the red X beside them.

One of the trickiest parts of IP cost forecasting is getting a handle on translation costs. They vary widely by language, document length, and provider, making reliable estimates a bit of a challenge.

We wanted to make that easier. That’s why we’ve partnered with RWS to offer their translation rates directly within Prokurio’s IP cost planning platform.

Saved Forecast 1

You can now search for Saved Forecasts directly from the home screen. No need to navigate through the sidebar. This update reduces clicks and helps you instantly access previously saved forecasts whenever you need them.

Message Archive 1

The Message Archive stores all important updates, fee changes, platform announcements, and system messages. Find what you need, when you need it. To access your messages, click the envelope button at the top right corner of the homepage and select “View Archive.” You can scroll through the archive manually or use the search bar.

IP Forecaster: Priority Date Double-Check

When you enter a publication number for lookup, we are now double-checking the priority date against multiple public sources to ensure they match. If a discrepancy is found, the system provides a message notifying you of the anomaly that needs to be verified.  This ensures you are using the correct date for the most accurate forecast results.

IP Forecaster: Past Due Date Cost Filter

Needing to forecast filings from an application with a priority or application date that’s in the past? Now, when you enter either of these fields with a date in the past, a new toggle is displayed that allows you to filter out any past due dates and their fees from your forecast results.
