Chat Support allows you to connect directly with the support team from the Forecast homepage. This enables you to quickly get assistance with your forecasts without leaving your workflow.
Accessing Chat Support #
- The chat support option is available on the Forecast homepage and located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

- Click the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner to open the Chat window.
- On the Chat window, you can either click the Chatbox or click the Chat with us button to start a conversation.

- Enter your message in the text field, then click the Send icon.

- Our Chat Support agent will respond to your message shortly.
- You can use chat support at any time to ask questions or request assistance.
