Automate Your Patent and Trademark Forecasts and Portfolio Uploads With the Prokurio API
If you’ve been using Prokurio to forecast patent or trademark costs or manage portfolio cost projections, here’s something you’ll want to know. You can now do both programmatically through our REST API.
This means no more manual file uploads and no more one-off forecasts. Connect your docketing system, your internal tools, or any workflow you already have, and let the data flow automatically.
Automate Portfolio Uploads
Instead of logging in and uploading a spreadsheet, your systems can push patent and/or trademark data directly to Prokurio. Send an Excel/CSV file or post up to 5,000 records at a time as JSON with immediate validation feedback so you know exactly which records were created and which need attention.
There’s also a validate only mode, so you can dry-run your data before committing anything. Great for large migrations or keeping a nightly sync running smoothly.
Run Forecasts On Demand
Need a cost forecast as part of a larger workflow? The API lets you calculate IP costs by year and phase. Just pass in a filing date, priority date, and country code. You can also include a saved country group to forecast across multiple jurisdictions in a single call.
This makes it easy to build cost projections into your own budget tools, dashboards, or client reporting without any manual steps in between.
Getting Started
Your API key is created during organization setup. From there, full interactive Swagger documentation is available in-app so you can explore and test endpoints right away.
