New Individual Fee System for Cuba Under the Madrid Protocol

Cuba is restructuring its individual fee system under the Madrid Protocol, moving from a two-part fee to a single payment. The new amounts take effect on November 20, 2026, and apply to international applications, subsequent designations, and renewals.
