Looking up publication information including dates, claims, independent claims, pages, and even getting word counts, can be a time-consuming and error-prone process. When it comes to accurate cost forecasting, that becomes a big problem. Our clients asked for a more elegant solution. We delivered with a simple integration that both slashed the time and significantly boosted the accuracy.
This one is a fan favorite and one of our earliest integrations. Our Minesoft data import allowed for publication data to be ingested into IP Forecaster, drastically lowering patent forecasting time for our users.

Minesoft Patent Data Lookup Integration
Many times, you already have a publication number at the ready. Because of this integration, you simply enter that number and click the retrieve button.
Prokurio instantly downloads the full publication and shows you the title, assignees, as well as a button to view the full PDF document. Simultaneously, it loads the priority and application dates, the number of priorities, claim counts, and the number of pages. Saving loads of time over manual lookup and entry of each.
On the Translation Optimizer tab, the application pages are also entered. Additionally, Prokurio has pulled apart the application, removed the search report, headers, footers, etc., and also entered the word count.
Lastly, this integration doesn’t just save time in IP Forecaster; we’ve also utilized it on your homepage in the Translation Cost Estimator tool. Sometimes you just need to quickly get a translation cost for a particular country. You can retrieve the publication and mix and match any language combinations in a flash!
