Another light week of fee updates this week. We have a couple of fee decreases and not much else to talk about. More time to eat turkey and watch the Lions win finally on a Thanksgiving Day football game. If you are in the US, you will know what we mean. If not, carry on.

Australia Madrid Fee Updates Effective Dec 9, 2023

Below are highlights of  the Australian Madrid trademark fee changes:

  • Applications will decrease from 263 CHF to 232 CHF for each class of goods and services. 

  • Renewals will decrease from 263 CHF to 232 CHF for each class of goods and services. 

Finland Madrid Fee Updates Effective Dec 9, 2023

Below are highlights of Finland’s Madrid trademark fee changes:

  • Applications will decrease from 243 CHF to 215 CHF. Also, the fees for additional classes will decrease from 108 CHF to 96 CHF. 

  • Renewals will decrease from 243 CHF to 215 CHF for each class of goods and services. Also, the fees for additional classes will decrease from 108 CHF to 96 CHF.
