Happy Valentine’s Day!  Our next spotlight feature is for our Trademark users on the platform.

We’ve had the ability for firms to apply service charges to different Patent and Trademark tasks for some time. We’ve now expanded this functionality so service charges can be applied to Madrid Protocol tasks as well.

MADRID SURCHARGE FEES

When creating a new trademark service charge, change the filing type selection to Madrid Protocol, select a service charge name, enter the remaining field data for the fee and click the save button.

When you run a new Madrid forecast in IP Forecaster, your new service charge will then be added to your results.
