All the firms we interviewed were extremely dissatisfied with the current commercial models. They’ve been forced to accept substantial price increases, long-term contracts, and sometimes both.
Firms didn’t have issues paying for solutions, but they were adamant that the pricing should be aligned with the value provided.
Innovate a Little
Most firms felt their vendors were quick to take their money but slow to deliver new features and capabilities. There was a general consensus that current solutions weren’t keeping up with the times.
