This week, we focused on simplifying and improving our forecasting infrastructure. Based on user feedback, we’ve separated examination costs from prosecution costs and streamlined the way we display totals in Client Planner. We’ve also optimized Route Finder to improve the routes it shows in IP Estimator.

IP Estimator: New Examination Costs Phase
We’ve added a new examination phase to patent and design forecasts, enabling you to more easily separate examination and prosecution costs. Like all other phases, these costs can be included or excluded as desired.
Client Planner: Chart Visualization Enhancement
We’ve enhanced the chart visualization in Client Planner, improved our rounding, and cleaned up the user interface to make it easier to navigate larger portfolios.
IP Estimator: Route Finder Optimization
Route Finder in IP Estimator is now smarter. We’ve fine-tuned the route selection feature to reduce erroneous routes and also to reduce duplicative routes.
