Client Planner: Portfolio Refresh Cancellation
Once you uploaded your portfolio and/or docket file and refreshed your plan to apply the patent portfolio cost, if there was a problem, you were stuck. We’ve added messages so you know what the system does at each step and a cancel button to stop the process if needed.
Client Planner: Enhanced Docket Lifetime Options
We’ve added several enhancements within Docket Planner to make seeing and adjusting your projected docket costs easier. Now, you can change the selected next docket action and see a real-time breakdown of the costs. You can also now export these costs to Excel to share with clients.
IP Forecaster: Improved Chapter II Functionality
Fees for National Stage Entry in many jurisdictions vary depending on your ISA and the IPEA responsible for the international preliminary exam. To simplify things, we’ve added a toggle, “Int. Prelim Exam Done,” to automatically select your default IPEA and ensure the proper fees are applied to your forecast.
