Ukraine Announces Changes to Individual Fees for Madrid Trademark Filings

Ukraine will implement revised individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, impacting international applications, subsequent designations, and renewals. The changes take effect on April 12, 2026.

 

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • Standard marks (three classes): from CHF 429 to CHF 383

  • Each additional class: CHF 86 → CHF 77

 

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Standard marks (independent of classes): from CHF 429 to CHF 383
