United Kingdom revises individual fees for Madrid filings

The United Kingdom has announced changes to its individual fees under the Madrid Protocol. The update affects new filings, subsequent designations, and renewals.

Applications/Subsequent Designations are increasing:

    • From 202 CHF to 240 CHF for one class of goods or services

    • From 56 CHF to 64 CHF for each additional class

  • Renewal Fees are also increasing:

    • From 224 CHF to 261 CHF for one class of goods or services

    • From 56 CHF to 64 CHF for each additional class

 

Starting April 1, 2026, the new fees will be in effect.
