After last week’s reruns, we were back in action this week with several updates to IP Forecaster and Client Planner.
First, we enhanced the accuracy of translation costs by introducing support for prioritized document translations. Then, we simplified trademark forecasting by making the country selection dropdowns smarter. Lastly, we improved the accuracy of trademark budgets by adding support for forecasting trademark docket costs.

IP Forecaster: New Priority Translation Costs
When priority documents require translation, you can now (optionally) enter the priority application information needed to calculate the additional translation costs and get super-accurate translation costs.
IP Forecaster: Trademark EU Membership Support
We’ve added dynamic country selection capabilities to Trademark Forecaster. If you select the EUIPO from any country dropdown list, the system automatically removes the 27 EU member countries from options to choose, as well as if any previously selected were loaded, making it a breeze to get the proper results.
Client Planner: Trademark Docket Upload
Now, just like with patents, if you upload a trademark portfolio that includes docket entries, Client Planner processes those docket entries and makes it easy for you to include the docket costs in your budget.
