Managing all your foreign ip costs, firms, their fees, ratings, coverage areas, and so on, can be a daunting task. With no great solutions available, it’s also a fairly manual process for most today. We thought we could simplify this process and provide an elegant solution.
With Prokurio’s Foreign Firm management module, you’re able to keep track of all your foreign patent, trademark, and design firms’ information, including their fees and even benchmark them against all Prokurio clients in a simple dashboard interface.

Foreign Firm Management
Once we have loaded all of your foreign associate fee schedules into your secure Prokurio environment for use in forecasting and budget planning, we can present this data to you in a simple dashboard
Let’s start with your interactive World Map view. This map is color-coded based on the number of associates you have in each jurisdiction. Additionally, you can zoom in as desired, and hovering over any location will also show a visual count.
Clicking on any country on the map takes you directly to the Foreign Associate Benchmarking tab for that country. You can then select any phase in the IP lifecycle for your desired IP type, then click the submit button.
A simple bar graph is loaded showing all of your foreign associates and their total fees for that phase. Additionally, the red and green highlighted cost lines are the highest and lowest fees across all Prokurio client fees.
Want more detail around the chart data? The associate section below it allows you to drill into each associate’s specific fees for that phase in the lifecycle.
