Saudi Arabia to Introduce Madrid Protocol Individual Fees from October 2026

Saudi Arabia will begin collecting individual fees under the Madrid Protocol from October 8, 2026, applying to international applications, subsequent designations, and renewals.

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations will be as follows:

  • Each class: CHF 1,397
  • Collective or certification mark, each class: CHF 1,719


Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will be as follows:

  • Each class: CHF 1,397
  • Grace period, each class: CHF 1,612
