When you enter a publication number for lookup, we are not only downloading the publication and analyzing the data inputs needed for a forecast.  We are now double-checking the priority date against other public sources to ensure they match.

If a discrepancy is found, the system provides a message notifying you of the anomaly that needs to be verified.  This ensures you are using the correct date for the most accurate forecast results.
