Upcoming Fee Changes for Bulgaria Trademark Designations

Beginning April 26, 2026, revised individual fees will be implemented for international trademark registrations designating Bulgaria, including new applications, subsequent designations, and renewals.

Application Fees

  • The application fee for three classes of goods and services will increase from CHF 290 to CHF 291.

  • The application fee for each additional class will remain the same at CHF 19.

  • The application fee for a collective or certification mark (three classes) will increase from CHF 528 to CHF 529.

  • The application fee for each additional class for a collective or certification mark will remain the same at CHF 48.

Renewal Fees

  • The renewal fee for three classes of goods and services will remain the same at CHF 143.

  • The renewal fee for each additional class will remain the same at CHF 29.

  • The renewal fee for a collective or certification mark (three classes) will increase from CHF 285 to CHF 286.

  • The renewal fee for each additional class for a collective or certification mark will remain the same at CHF 57.
