South Korea Updates Individual Fees for Madrid Trademark Filings

South Korea has confirmed changes to its individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, affecting applications, subsequent designations, and renewals. The changes take effect on April 12, 2026.

 

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • Standard marks (per class): from CHF 167 to CHF 150

 

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Standard marks (one class): from CHF 191 to CHF 172
