Tunisia Implements Revised Individual Fees for Madrid Trademark Filings

Tunisia has introduced updated individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, affecting trademark applications, subsequent designations, and renewals where Tunisia is designated. The changes take effect on April 12, 2026.

 

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • Standard marks (one class): from CHF 180 to CHF 161

  • Each additional class: from CHF 36 to CHF 32

 

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Standard marks (one class): from CHF 234 to CHF 210

  • Each additional class: from CHF 54 to CHF 48
