Madrid Trademark Costs in Turkey Set to Decrease as of June 2026

Turkey will implement revised individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, impacting international applications, subsequent designations, and renewals. The changes take effect on June 7, 2026.

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • 1st class: from CHF 159 to CHF 143

  • 2nd class: from CHF 46 to CHF 41

  • Each additional class: from CHF 51 to CHF 46


Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Two classes: from CHF 141 to CHF 127

  • Each additional class: from CHF 12 to CHF 11


Grace Period
Where payment is received within the Grace Period

  • Two classes: from CHF 247 to  CHF 222

  • Each additional class: from CHF 21 to CHF 18
