Lower Madrid Protocol Fees for Guernsey from June 2026

The Bailiwick of Guernsey is set to adopt reduced individual fees under the Madrid Protocol for international trademark applications, subsequent designations, and renewals, with the new schedule coming into force on June 28, 2026.

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • One class: from CHF 226 to CHF 213

  • Each additional class: CHF 23 → CHF 21

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • One class: from CHF 226 to CHF 213

  • Each additional class: CHF 23 → CHF 21
