How much can we save?

Every situation is a bit different, but in general, clients save between ten and twenty percent in the first year and five to ten percent in subsequent years.  

There’s no catch. We’ve automated the invoice review process, allowing us to analyze invoices quickly. This allows you to see your charges and make an informed decision. If you want us to continue to audit your invoices, sign up for our service. If not, no problem, there’s no pressure.

Traditionally, organizations have treated IP invoice review as a project that needs to be dealt with every couple of years. There are three problems with this approach.

  • Recovering excess charges years after the fact is difficult. It can be done, but your likelihood of success is small compared to raising an issue while the vendor waits for payment.
  • Big invoice review projects are time-consuming and expensive. You will spend significantly more in consulting fees for one-off projects than you will for ongoing monitoring.
  • You are leaving money on the table. If your budget is 5 million and your average potential savings is just 5%, that is 250,000 extra you give to your vendors – each year. You may recover some of it, but whatever you don’t recover is gone.
