Tiered Fee Schedules Now Available for Patents

Setting up fees for clients with multi-country filings just got a lot more flexible. You can now configure tiered pricing that adjusts the per-country fee based on the number of countries in a filing. Let’s check it out!

Break Away From Flat Per-Country Pricing

With Price Per Country Quantity, you can create pricing tiers that adjust the per-country rate based on how many countries are included. The more countries in the filing, the lower the rate or whatever structure fits your agreement.

Setting Up Your Tiers

Go to Custom Fees or Organization Fees and select a patent fee record. Scroll past Advanced Settings to find the new Price Per Country Quantity section at the bottom. From there, click + Add to create your tiers. For each tier, enter the minimum and maximum number of countries and the per-country amount. Click Save when you’re done.
