Madrid Trademark Costs in Zambia Set to Increase from April 2026

Zambia will implement revised individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, impacting international applications, subsequent designations, and renewals. The changes take effect on April 12, 2026.

Application Fees

  • Standard marks (one class): CHF 49 → CHF 58
  • Each additional class: CHF 39 → CHF 47

Renewal Fees

  • Standard marks (one class): CHF 162 → CHF 194
  • Each additional class: CHF 130 → CHF 155
