A slow week for trademark fee updates
There aren’t a lot of trademark fee updates this week, only one small change planned for European Madrid applications and renewals in October.
European Union Madrid Trademark Fee Updates Effective October 12th.
Fees for Madrid protocol applications and renewals involving the European Union will be decreasing:
- From 897 to 789 Swiss francs for the first class of goods or services, from 55 to 48 Swiss francs for the second class, and from 164 to 144 Swiss francs for each additional class when designating the European Union in an international application or subsequently;
- The same amounts will apply when renewing an international registration in which the European Union has been designated.
