A slow week for trademark fee updates
Last week there were a lot of trademark fee updates, but this week – not so much.
Let’s see what’s changing!
India Madrid Trademark Fee Updates Effective August 13th
Fees for Madrid protocol applications and renewals involving India will be decreasing:
- From 124 to 110 Swiss francs for each class of goods or services when designating India in an international application or subsequently;
- From 124 to 110 Swiss francs for each class of goods or services when renewing an international registration in which India has been designated.
Sweden Madrid Trademark Fee Updates Effective August 13th
Fees for Madrid protocol applications and renewals involving Sweden will be decreasing:
- From 226 to 194 Swiss francs for one class of goods or services and from 89 to 76 Swiss francs for each additional class when designating Sweden in an international application or subsequently.
- From 226 to 194 Swiss francs for one class of goods or services and from 89 to 76 Swiss francs for each additional class when renewing an international registration in which Sweden has been designated.
