A Flood of Patent Fee Updates
WIPO is making up for lost time this fall and has released several hundred patent fee updates in the latest PCT Applicants guide. Most updates are increases or decreases of less than a few Euros/Dollars, so we’ve condensed the update down to just the meaningful changes.

Updated PCT Patent Fees
- In Annex C: Receiving Office
- The International Filing Fee will decrease from USD 1515 to USD 1454 in the following countries.

Additional Updates in the International Filing Fee
- The International Filing fees will be decreased from 10920 CNY to 10620 CNY in China.
- The International Filing fees will be increased from 1025 DKK to 10300 DKK in Denmark.
- The International Filing fees will be increased from 2387 NZD to 2436 NZD in New Zealand.
- The International Filing fees will be increased from 518700 HUF to 536300 HUF. in Hungary.
- The International Filing fees will be decreased from 15950 NOK to 15630 NOK in Norway.
- The International Filing fees will be increased from 195300 ISK to 202100 ISK in Iceland.
- The International Filing fees will be increased from 214200 JPY to 217700 JPY in Japan.
- The International Filing fees will be increased from 15010 SEK to 15990 SEK in Sweden.
