Prokurio helps you prepare users, fees, and planning assumptions before guiding your team through the work they will do every day—from law-firm forecasts to corporate budgets. After launch, real people and practical resources remain within reach.

Accounts, training, and support are organized around the people doing the work.
Your plan reflects the users, forecasting and budgeting tools, fee information, and planning assumptions your team needs. Preparation can happen in parallel, so people can begin learning and creating value while deeper setup continues.

Get law-firm users ready to create forecasts and corporate teams ready to build quarterly or annual budgets for groups and divisions. Collect foreign-associate fees and test budgeting assumptions as part of preparation. Additional data and more advanced planning can continue alongside launch and expand when the team is ready.

“Get the essentials in place, then keep building without putting useful work on hold.”
Teams receive dedicated online sessions built around the work they will actually do: law-firm users create and review patent and trademark forecasts; corporate teams build quarterly or annual budgets for groups and divisions and test budgeting assumptions. Training also covers using the results and knowing where to get help.
“Confidence comes from creating a real forecast or budget—not watching a tour of every button.”
After training, users receive access and follow-up guidance. When a question appears, they can use the support channel that best fits the issue.
“Training gets the team started. Responsive support helps them keep moving.”
Prokurio confirms each user’s name, email address, system role, and whether they need forecasting or budgeting training.
It doesn’t. Fee collection, outreach, upload, and validation can continue in parallel with basic provisioning and forecasting and budgeting preparation so the team can begin getting comfortable with Prokurio.
Organization-specific fee schedules are treated as confidential information and stored in a restricted area with limited access. Prokurio does not share a firm’s fee schedules with other parties.
Law-firm users receive dedicated patent and trademark forecasting sessions. Corporate teams receive training on quarterly or annual budgets for groups and divisions, including testing budgeting assumptions. Additional live training or office hours are available when users need more help.
Yes. Training is recorded and made available for people who could not attend and for future team members who need to learn the workflow.
User accounts are prepared in advance, but invitations and onboarding follow-up begin after training so people receive access when they are ready to use it.
Users can contact support by email, use live chat from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, review help resources, or submit a Support Desk ticket for questions about forecast or budget results, fee schedules, or software issues.
Yes. Depending on the Prokurio plan, organizations can add more fee information, connected IPMS data, and client budgeting as their forecasting and planning needs expand.
