What is MCP?
Model Context Protocol is an open standard that gives AI assistants and large language models controlled access to business knowledge, data, and tools. Prokurio develops and deploys an MCP server that exposes selected IP financial capabilities within the permissions your organization controls.
Does Prokurio MCP use the same data as Prokurio?
Yes. Answers come from the same forecasting engine and organizational data used by the Prokurio platform, providing one consistent set of figures.
Can the assistant make changes?
Signed-in users can take supported actions, but Prokurio previews the exact action and waits for approval. Access-key connections can read and forecast but cannot make changes.
What can our connected AI do with Prokurio?
Prokurio exposes tools for financial questions, forecasts, and supported actions to compatible AI assistants and workflows. Available capabilities depend on your connection and permissions; your administrator controls which tools are enabled.
How is access controlled?
People use their existing Prokurio identity and permissions. Administrators create access keys for tools, enable capabilities individually, and can rotate or deactivate a key at any time.
Can we keep working in the AI tools we already use?
Yes. Connect a supported MCP-compatible assistant or workflow and use Prokurio’s financial intelligence there. People sign in with their Prokurio identity, and existing permissions continue to apply.
How can IT govern automated access?
New keys begin with no tools enabled. Administrators grant capabilities individually for controlled read and forecast access, and keys can be rotated or deactivated at any time.
