A Light Week of PCT Updates
After the onslaught of updates last week, we were happy only to see a few small PCT Patent Fees updates this week. In reality, the fees this week didn’t even change; Georgia just updated the currency of their fees.

Updated Currency For Georgia PCT Patent Fees
Highlights of the Georgia Updates:
- Annex C – Receiving Office
- Transmittal fee: From 100 USD to 100 USD Equivalent in GEL
- Fee for priority document (PCT Rule 17.1(b)): From 30 USD to 30 USD Equivalent in GEL
- Requesting restoration of the right of priority: From 60 USD to 60 USD Equivalent in GEL
- National Phase – National Chapters
- Examination Fee- up to 30 pages of application: From 100 USD to 100 USD Equivalent in GEL
- For each additional page over 30: From 3 USD to 3 USD Equivalent in GEL
