A Busy Week of PCT Updates

To say there were a significant number of patent fee updates in the latest PCT Applicant’s Guide email would be an understatement. We stopped counting after the 50th jurisdiction. To keep things manageable, we’ve split it into two blog posts. 

Let’s see what changed!

Armenia PCT Patent Fees Updated Effective November 1

Highlights of the Armenia Updates:

  • In Annex C: Receiving Office, the international filing fee increases from USD 1435 to USD 1515.
  • In Annex C: Fees per sheet in excess of 30 increased from USD 16 to USD 17.

    • The international filing fees increase from USD 1435 to USD 1515. 
    • Fees per sheet in excess of 30 increases from USD 16 to USD 17.
