China has announced changes to its individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, affecting international applications, subsequent designations, and renewals where China is designated. The revised fees will take effect on April 12, 2026.
Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:
Standard marks (one class): from CHF 249 to CHF 220
Each additional class: from CHF 125 to CHF 110
Collective marks (one class): from CHF 747 to CHF 661
Each additional class for collective marks: from CHF 374 to CHF 331
Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:
Standard marks (one class): from CHF 498 to CHF 441
Each additional class: from CHF 249 to CHF 220
