Curaçao Announces Reduced Individual Fees for Madrid Trademark Designations

Changes to Curaçao’s individual fees under the Madrid Protocol have been confirmed, impacting international applications, subsequent designations, and renewals. The revised fees will take effect on April 12, 2026.

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • Standard marks (three classes): from CHF 294 to CHF 250

  • Each additional class: from CHF 30 to CHF 26

  • Collective marks (three classes): from CHF 584 to CHF 496

  • Each additional class for collective marks: from CHF 60 to CHF 51

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Standard marks (three classes): from CHF 294 to CHF 250

  • Each additional class: from CHF 30 to CHF 26

  • Collective marks (three classes): from CHF 584 to CHF 496

  • Each additional class for collective marks: from CHF 60 to CHF 51
