Finland updates individual fees under the Madrid Protocol

Effective March 18, 2026, revised individual fees will apply when Finland is designated in international trademark registrations, including new filings, subsequent designations, and renewals.

Application Fees

  • The application fee for one class of goods and services will increase from CHF 222 to CHF 233.

  • The application fee for additional classes will remain the same.

  • The application fee for a collective mark (one class) will increase from CHF 297 to CHF 317.

  • The application fee for additional classes for a collective mark will remain the same.

Renewal Fees

  • The renewal fee for one class of goods and services will increase from CHF 222 to CHF 233.

  • The renewal fee for additional classes will remain the same.

  • The renewal fee for a collective mark (one class) will increase from CHF 297 to CHF 317.

  • The renewal fee for additional classes for a collective mark will remain the same.
