Grenada Becomes the Latest Member of the Madrid System
On December 15, 2025, Grenada took a major step toward international trademark integration by depositing its instrument of accession to the Madrid Protocol with WIPO Director General Daren Tang.
With Grenada’s accession, the Madrid System continues to grow as a practical and efficient means of securing trademark rights worldwide.
The Madrid Protocol will officially come into effect in Grenada on March 15, 2025.
