Indonesia Adjusts Individual Fees for Madrid Trademark Filings

Indonesia will implement updated individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, affecting trademark applications, subsequent designations, and renewals where Indonesia is designated. The changes take effect on April 12, 2026.

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • Standard marks (per class): from CHF 110 to CHF 91

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Standard marks (per class): from CHF 137 to CHF 114

  • Payment received during grace period (per class): from CHF 235 to CHF 206
