Last week was quiet (for fees), but things are picking back up! This week, we have a few small PCT Patent fee updates coming to Israel and India.
Let’s see what will be changing!
Israel PCT Patent Fees Update Effective from March 1, 2024
Highlights of the Israel Updates:
- Annex C – Receiving Office
- Fee for priority document (PCT Rule 17.1(b)): From 94 ILS to 98 ILS
- Annex D – International Searching Authorities
- Search Fee – From 912 CHF to 907 CHF
- Additional Search fee – From 3820 ILS to 3962 ILS
- Fee for copies of documents contained in the file of the international application (PCT Rule 94.2) – From 47 ILS to 49 ILS
- Fee for copies of documents cited in the international search report – From 47 ILS to 49 ILS
- Late furnishing fee – From 491 ILS to 509 ILS
- Annex E – International Preliminary Examining Authority
- Preliminary examination fee – From 1637 ILS to 1698 ILS
- Fee for copies of documents cited in the international preliminary examination report – From 47 ILS to 49 ILS
- Fee for copies of documents contained in the file of the international application (PCT Rule 94.2) – From 47 ILS to 49 ILS
- Late furnishing fee – From 491 ILS to 509 ILS
India PCT Patent Fees Update Effective from March 1, 2024

- Search Fee – From 110 CHF to 102 CHF
- Handling fee – From 219 USD to 235 USD
