Madrid Trademark Costs in Cabo Verde Set to Decrease from June 2026

WIPO has confirmed lower individual fees for Cabo Verde under the Madrid Protocol, covering new applications, subsequent designations, and renewals. The updated amounts apply starting June 28, 2026.

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • Standard marks (one class): CHF 169 → CHF 159

  • Each additional class: CHF 62 → CHF 59

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Each class: CHF 86 → CHF 81
