New Individual Fees Announced for Madrid Filings in Australia

Australia has announced revisions to its individual fees under the Madrid Protocol, impacting new filings, subsequent designations, and renewals, effective April 12, 2026.

Applications/Subsequent Designations are decreasing:

  • From 232 CHF to 217 CHF for each class of goods or services

Renewal Fees are also decreasing:

  • From 232 CHF to 217 CHF for each class of goods or services
