Another Slow Week for Trademark Fee Updates
There aren’t many trademark fee updates this week, but a recent trademark update in Kazakhstan will impact trademark owners or owners looking for new coverage
Kazakhstan Trademark Fee Updates Effective July 10th
Trademark application costs with preliminary examination for up to three classes are now KZT 16,599.52; each additional class over three is KZT 7,193.76.
Trademark renewal costs are now KZT 97,144.32; the fee for each additional class over three is KZT 16,993.76.
Acceptance of an application and examination request for a collective trademark registration is now KZT 101,153.92.
Acceptance of an application for registration and preliminary examination of a collective trademark of up to 3 classes of the Nice Classification is now KZT 36,300.32. Additional classes above 3 are KZT 7,193.76.
- Full examination for registration of a collective trademark up to 3 classes of the Nice Classification is KZT 64,853.60. Additional classes above 3 are KZT 9, 800.00.
- Work related to trademark registration, service mark in the State Register, certificate issuance, and registration publication is now KZT 36,544.48.
- Publication of registration information and granting a document of title for a collective trademark in the State Register is now KZT 89,173.28.
