Estonia Revises Individual Fees for Madrid Protocol Trademark Filings

Changes to Estonia’s individual fees under the Madrid Protocol have been announced, impacting trademark applications, subsequent designations, and renewals. The new fees will take effect on April 12, 2026.

Application Fees
The individual fees for applications and subsequent designations are set to decrease:

  • Standard marks (one class): from CHF 151 to CHF 133

  • Each additional class: from CHF 47 to CHF 41

  • Collective marks (three classes): from CHF 203 to CHF 179

  • Each additional class for collective marks: from CHF 47 to CHF 41

 

Renewal Fees
Renewal fees will decrease as follows:

  • Standard marks (independent classes): from CHF 188 to CHF 165

  • Collective marks (independent classes): from CHF 235 to CHF 206
