Once you have reached the results screen on any forecast, you have the option to export the results to Excel, Word or PDF files. Additionally, you have three export options of Summary, Detail and All Pages. All reports include a forecast parameters section at the top that lists out the individual parameters you entered into IP Forecaster.
- Excel Export – The Excel spreadsheet export is only available when All Pages is selected as your export option. The will be a full detailed report with automatic groupings by each phase of the forecast. Expanding a group (e.g. Application Drafting) will reveal the detailed fees for that phase. A total for each jurisdiction is show with a grand total of the entire forecast at the bottom.
- Microsoft Word & PDF Exports – The word and pdf exports are available with all export options.
Summary – Includes totals by jurisdiction as well as the grand total of all jurisdictions in the forecast. It will NOT include the phase cost details of PTO fees, Firm fees and Maintenance fees.
Detail – Replaces the summary page mentioned above and provides the full forecast cost details by jurisdiction including all phases, totals and grand total.All Pages – Combines the summary and detail reports from above to provide a full export of your forecast.
